On 7th and 8th January 2012, Mumbai will be hosting WZCC Global Meeting and AGM. It promises to be an exciting event with the presence of WZCC members and dignitaries from all over the world.

During the day, on 7th and 8th January 2012, the program will be held at West End Hotel (Terrace Hall), New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400020 from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and ending with lunch on 8th January 2012. The gala Awards function will be held on 7th January 2012 at Hotel Taj President, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai 400005 from 7.00 p.m. onwards followed by cocktails and dinner; the dress code for the Awards Function is formal.

One room - each for men and ladies (only on 7th January 2012) - will be provided at West End Hotel between 4.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. for those who are unable to go home to change for the gala Awards function.

The outline of the program for the Global Meeting on the 7th & 8th January 2012 and the gala Awards function follows after this Note.

The fees for the 7th and 8th January 2012 at the West End Hotel and the function at Hotel Taj President (including lunches and dinner) is Rs.1700/- (Rupees One thousand seven hundred only) per member and Rs.2200/- (Rupees two thousand two hundred only) per guest. The fees for the member's spouse is also Rs.1700/-.

We urge you to please pay on line through your credit card by clicking on http://www.wzcc.net/pay to save the effort of visiting the WZCC office or forwarding payment through courier, by cheque.

Please note that entry at Hotel Taj President will not be allowed without the Entry Coupon. Last minute payment at West End Hotel on 7th January 2012 will be accepted only by cheque with a premium of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) per head for members and guests.

This is a unique opportunity for members to meet and network with members from outside India including a 20-member delegation from Iran.
