Dr. Zareen Karani Araoz, President, 'Managing Across Cultures', and one of the International Directors of WZCC, facilitated an evening of fun and learning about 'Communicating across Cultures' on 10th March, 2010 at Pune. Participants could hear her inputs as a cross-cultural management consultant, trainer and global leadership coach, with professional experiences in 22 countries. Participants went through a very interesting exercise (a dynamic card game) that helped managers and others learn about cultural transitions, cultural conflicts and about communicating. It was particularly useful for those doing those working in multicultural teams, and also applicable to all of us in our daily communications, at home or at work. to view the snaps taken during the event.
