The attached RBI Circular needs to be circulated by whatever media available to us, to all known and unknown fellow Zoroastrians, inorder to give them fillip for getting boost to their entrepreneurial ship. Other method for raising funds and preparation of banking proposals can be drafted as a ongoing process to help fellow Zoroastrians to overcome funding problem. Kindly spread this mission of mine to all and one in the community.

But are sufficient numbers of entry-level employees ready for self-management? And is management ready? What do you think? This HBR article gives some interesting views. |

Exporting to the EU looks not very encouraging if you consider its many legislative, administrative and other requirements. With harmonization of all those laws and procedures across the 25 member states being far from complete, some transparency on the part of the EU is needed. This database is one way of providing that. In the first
phase, the database offered information on import tariffs, trade statistics and EU preferential trade regimes. Now it also includes import requirements and internal EU taxes. Most of these data were already available on
various EU websites, but now that they are all in one database, they are far more accessible. |

In order to endure, a craft needs to cater to the needs of the time. While the classic embroidery patterns of the gara and kor will be a treasured part of Parsi heritage, the actual craft technique needs to be invigorated. In a constructive effort to preserve and adapt this craft for the community and the country, Mr. Ashdeen Lilaowala will conduct craft seminars/workshops in Ahmedabad (mid July 2005), Surat (first half of October 2005) Mumbai (January 2006) and Navsari. |
